To all our fans,
We hope you are doing well. In the weeks that followed Hurricane Katrina hitting the Gulf Coast, our website was down and our home has been the road.
Our best wishes go out to all our fans who were affected by the disaster, and a sincere "thank you" goes out to all who have written to us and kept the band in your thoughts.
Because Fred, Paul, our crew and staff have no homes to return to in New Orleans, we are staying on the road, living in the Southern Comfort tour bus, and playing as many benefit concerts as possible to raise funds and supplies for our fellow citizens who have been displaced.
We have established the Cowboy Mouth Hurricane Relief Foundation, and information on this 501(c)3 organization will be posted on our website in days to come.
Meanwhile, our team is working on getting the Cowboy Mouth website working properly so you can keep track of what is happening. Check www.cowboymouth.com regularly for new tour dates and other information.
As they say, the show must go on, and we assure you that it will. Upcoming shows will take place in the Carolinas, Georgia, Virginia, Texas and Minnesota. Not only will we be bringing the music and spirit of New Orleans to your town as soon as possible, but we are also working on a new studio album called VooDoo Shoppe which should be available early in 2006.
Again, thanks to all the fans, club owners, promoters, agents, bands, media and everyone else who has offered concern and support for the band.
